Expanded Spell List

The Primordial Being lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

• Language Bonus - Primordial

• Elemental Affinity: At 1st level, you must choose one of the four elemental planes your patron comes from (Air, Earth, Fire or Water). Alternatively, your patron may exceed the boundaries of a single elemental plane, if you select this option you must roll 1D8 at the end of each long rest you have to determine your affinity: 1-2 = Air | 3-4 = Earth | 5-6 = Fire | 7-8 = Water.
  Your choice determines the effects of spells and abilities you use. Whenever you would use an ability or cast a spell that deals elemental damage or provides protection from elemental damage, that damage is only of a type appropriate for your elemental affinity. If you use an ability or cast a spell that summons or effects an elemental creature, that creature must be from the appropriate elemental plane of your elemental affinity.
