Uttering a rumbling phrase, you point at your foe and watch with delight as its limbs wither and twist, becoming useless.
One living humanoid within range must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, you choose either the targets legs or arms to be withered. Withered Legs: The target falls prone and its speed is reduced to 5 feet. Whilst the spell persists, the target cannot stand up and its only movement available is to crawl. Withered Arms: The target cannot use or interact with objects requiring their arms, or cast spells with somatic components. Anything it is carrying drops at its feet.
If you maintain your concentration for the full minute, the target must make another Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the spells duration becomes Until Dispelled. A dispel magic, remove curse, greater restoration or wish spell cast upon the target restores its limbs to normal.
At Higher Levels:
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can target one additional humanoid for each slot level above 4th. The humanoids must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
